Greetings to all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Welcome to India Pentecostal Assembly of Seattle (IPAS), a place of worship for the born again believers from India in the greater Seattle area. IPAS was established in 1996 with a few believers, and by the Grace of God has grown substantialy. In 2006, God provided our own church facilty, located 5 miles south of Seattle and 2 miles north of Seatac international airport. IPAS is commited to give special emphasis for our young adults by providing sunday school, youth seminars, debates ,retreats and music. About our Pastor
Pastor M.O. Samuel was born and brought up in a Christian family and accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of ten. He took water baptism and was filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of thirteen. After his secular education he attended Bersheba Bible College in Mavelikara. After completing the prescribed course there, he worked for the Lord in different churches for few years. He attended another Bible College in Nagaland called Eastern Bible Institute. After his schooling, he went back to Kerala and ministered in few churches. He went to Bhopal and worked in a village for couple of years. He was finally ordained as a Pastor in December 1978. He ministered for the Lord in his local church in Chennithala for five years, four years in Theppupara, five years in Kumbanad, and three and a half years in Kuwait. He then immigrated to the United States and became the senior Pastor of I.P.C.Hebron, Inc. Dallas, TX for five years. He moved to Portland, Oregon and served as Senior Pastor of India Full Gospel Church for another five years. Currently he is the Senior Pastor of India Pentecostal Assembly of Seattle.
Pastor Samuel's wife, Sis. Mariamma Samuel is a great support for him in his ministry. Their eldest daughter Betsy is married to Bijoy (Philadelphia,PA) and actively participate in their local church ministries. Their three other daughters, Praisy and Princy, are college students and their youngest daughter Dency is in junior high.
